Can I wear my jewellery in water? - We definitely do NOT recommend wearing your stunning new pieces in water. This is to ensure that the jewellery and crystals remain safe and at a high quality. Are your crystals real? - Yes! All of our crystals are real. We only scorce our crystals from Australian suppliers which makes it easy to keep in contact and physically hand pick our crystals! How long is processing time? - Our estimated processing time is 1-3 business days, (this is from the second you place your order) this may vary depending on the amount of orders we have at the time. How long does shipping take? - Delivery can take up to 2-10 business days. Do you ship worldwide? - At the moment we are only shipping within Australia. Shipping & Return Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a major fault, you may return in it's original condition with receipt within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
